Sometimes you have to go for a nice contrast.

Re: Feets for charity
hahah, I guess that could be done, he would have to mix up all the colors, and put them in a little at a time, sounds like a PITA :-)

Re: Feets for charity
That's exactly what would have to be done...a little bit at a time...hour by hour... hahaha... PITA for sure
I have one alternate plan... we'll see if it works out/

Re: Feets for charity
I should have waited! Rainbow feets - that is an awesome idea, I suppose I could always get another Q700
I am really happy with my new feet - they are perfect and come highly recommended.

Thanks for the feedback!
Yeah, those rainbow ones would be nice, but they are now bordering on a pipe dream. It's tough enough getting the 'pour' just right for the one color feets, in order to avoid air bubbles.

Re: Feets for charity
Just an update - I am pretty much all sold out of these. I have a couple light grey sets left. The molds seem to be holding up fine, so maybe I'll break them out for another run at some point, but probably not for awhile until it warrants buying materials. I wouldn't say they sold like hotcakes, but it was fun and I got them out to some interesting places- Australia, Germany, Finland...
Thanks to everyone who purchased them over the past months; hopefully they are working out for you. The couple hundred dollars I was able to donate might not be a whole lot in the grand scheme of things, but was enough to make me feel good about the project.
Cheers all- Happy Holidays~

Re: Feets for charity
Pretty sure he hung up his boots for good regarding this project. Check out hacks (or peripherals?) over at the MLA, somebody modeled and started printing them fairly recently.
