jt's Menagerie
I just straightened up for the Rug Rat's arrival, so I took a few pics before this reverts to its normal state (chaos) after his departure.
The AppleDisplayUnit™ finally sprouted a leaf . . . or part of one anyway.
Magic IKEA Boxen of ClassicMac Goodness - Color Coded for Slide Show Inventory Search
A/V Rack with 22" 1080p LCD Display retracted.
Display extended: I've got no room for a Home Theater, so I built a Personal Theater with the widest effective viewing angle outside an IMAX theater.
IIfx/NuBus PlayStation. I need to finalize the shelf supports for the Boxen and hang some art on the walls, but we're getting there.
Graphite is waiting for mcdermdization. Pictures suck, shoulda used the other camera, but you get the idea. I'll update with better pics-n-more detail . . .
. . . eventually.

Re: jt's Menagerie
I've always loved the AppleDisplayUnit™, 'tis awesome. Also, is that Portable your NASA one?
Also, I lol'd at the TypeRight - those things remind me of Grade 1. My school had the original red ones...then in Grade 2 they got the TypeRight II's...which looked a bit more modern and were blue and white.

THX, mate. Forgot to take one head-on, maybe in a few days. Yup, NASA property tag on the lid, sittin' next to the Nikon/NASA belt buckle.

LOL! I bought mine as an adult to learn to type before my first ($25,000) Vinyl Letter Cutting Workstation arrived . . . never did learn.
The rugger used it as his 'pooter on a desk I'd set up for him in the office at the shop when I'd be working on 'Pooter/SE/Radius16.

Re: jt's Menagerie
THX, eventually I'll have it all sorted out . . . maybe.
@ LC, the kiddo LOL'd at the Type-right when he saw it too! He remembered the Desk I'd set up for him. but didn't remember the his 'pooter. He sat down in the Personal Theater and when I extended the display, he said it was insanely close/wide . . . HEH!

Re: jt's Menagerie
I agree, nice display. It needs more cables dangling down all over though!

Re: jt's Menagerie
THX, you got me. They're schlumped down into the well between the DA and the 81/110 and Q950. Four sets cables coming from the Power Center behind the DA and the KVM switch sitting on top of the DA, which also supports the swingout Mouse platform. Add 10bT and Telco wires, braid into umbilicals for four Mac playtime, anytime . . .
. . . just not anytime recently. I have played with some PowerBooks on the swingout platform for them though.
Recessed LED lighting takes precedence over networking. LOL!
