Apple ///

I found this in the 1984 edition of the "World Book" set my grandparents have, under Personal Computer. There was no mention of the Macintosh in 1984 or 1985, but Commodore and IBM were mentioned.

I know a friend online who worked at ComputerLand (and even sold the original Macs back in 1984 - and he still owns one, but it is in storage he said). But before working for CL, he worked at Bank of America, where he used an Apple Lisa and owned his own Apple III.

Re: Apple ///

I have an Apple ///, but it was already known to have issues when I got it and I'm not even sure it works anymore if it ever did. It's an interesting unit nevertheless.

Re: Apple ///

I wonder what he's making pie charts _of_? He's looking at what looks like a Middle Ages style illuminated text.

He also has a snazzy digital watch smile

Re: Apple ///

Looks like the shorthaired version of me, too.  Also, like me, seems to be a lefty.
