Macintosh Plus CRT Issue

Working on bringing back my old Mac Plus back to life. Screen was blank, so I resoldered J1 and J4. Screen came back for a while, long enough to boot up the external hard drive and play around a bit. Next time I turned it on, however, I got this (and some burning smell):

Any suggestions? Board hasn't been re-capped to date, though from a quick inspection, I don't see any obvious damage or burning.
