A question for clamshell iBook owners

So today my box of MacStuff™ from Queensland got delivered...and despite the box being a bit beaten up everything seems to have survived a week in the hands of 'StrayaPost rather well. Was playing around with my eMate (which was in the box of MacStuff™) tonight, and then carried it back into the research lab, using the handy handle in the top. Which made me think of another machine that Apple made with a handle - the clamshell iBook. I remember lots of people making jokes about how stupid it looked back in the day...meanwhile I'd never had a problem with it...and even today if I had a clamshell I'd carry it using the handle. So...my question is - to those of you who have clamshells...do you use the handle? big_smile

Of course! It's one of my favorite features. I even thought those third-party handles for the TiBooks were pretty keene.

It even works for quite a spell, straight wrist, it's really swell. And less fatigue from what I can tell!

I wouldn't really know, I've only carried mine around the apartment, but I've gotta hand it my Blueberry TSiBook, I've never had a laptop that was better suited to actually using it sitting on my lap! That's including PDQuicker and the Pismo/500. I think I started a thread about that over yonder.

I dont use the handle, Specifically becuase its old enough I am afraid it might snap, fall, break, shatter, disasterfy etc....
