pram alternative

i just removed the pram out of my macintosh se luckly no damage beside the terminal contacts
no i want to "mod" it so i can use something else like a button cell i see the pram uses 3.6 volts and button cell 3
any way to make this work?
btw this is my first post haha

Has anyone used a supercap in place of a pram battery? Pretty common on old games for the battery backed ram.
