HP 9000 720 Power Supply
Looks like we have one (running in a 735 case?) with a bad PSU. Firing from the hip would tell me to shotgun all the caps but maybe someone else here has some experience?
Daily Drivers: 27" iMac 2.8 GHz Quad-Core i7 (Late 2009), 21.5" iMac 2.7GHz Quad-Core i5 (Late 2013), 11" Macbook Air 1.6 GHz i5 (Mid-2011)

Sorry, no prior experience repairing those things here. That's probably what I would do too.
