WTB: Sonnet Presto 040 or PPC 601 upgrade

I've been looking for one of these cards for a while.  I don't really *need* it, but one of my favorite things with older macs was swapping/upgrading the processor.

Anyone here have one, they could part with?

I know a guy that actually has several Presto in brand new boxes, I think he wants $400 a pop (I think that's what I paid) - lmk if out of your price range, otherwise I'll send you his info.

Is that Presto or PrestoPlus?
It seems like the Presto is rare but not unobtainium, where the PrestoPlus is more sought after and might command that kind of price.

Yikes. $400!  Don't need it that bad. I saw a P-Plus go on eBay about a year ago for under $200.  Guess I should have bid harder.

Thanks though.

The PrestoPlus

They are literally brand new in box, I've got one on my collection shelf and one in my LC (that I found for a STEAL by searching high-and-low for years)

i talked to the dude… he said that he has no interest in the hobby… could really care less about vintage mac, he just wants some gambling bucks to waste on his honeymoon. as he is getting married.
