Recapping the Apple IIgs

Anyone have any advice on power supply repairs for an Apple IIgs?

I'm positive it's the caps, because the system will run fine until the floppy motor starts - at which point it promptly reboots. There's an obvious drop in voltage when that motor tries to kick in.

So I'd either like to recap the PSU, or even better, maybe find one of those adapters that converts an ATX PSU into a IIgs one. Sadly, I still haven't found an active source for those...

Re: Recapping the Apple IIgs

basically there are 2 big caps that leak right on the same side the psu is.
those leak, and get crusty.   If you could at least change those 2. I haven't met a IIgs yet that didn't need those caps changed.

Re: Recapping the Apple IIgs

also the II PSU's ,  if you could at the least change all the low voltage filter smoothing caps at the output end of the pcb.
