Power Macintosh 5500/225 No Video after third time booting.

Hi all, I recently picked up a Power Macintosh 5500/225 from a local thrift shop. I powered it on twice and shut it down twice using the proper way of doing so.
Third time I booted it the pc took a long time loading so I manually shut it down with the switch on the back, and now no video comes through when I power it on.
I looked inside and all the cables seem to be where they should be
Any tips or advice?
