Apple Macintosh Classic ii Logic Board Issues

Just purchased my first classic mac, i purchased it knowing it needed repair. I am pretty competent with a soldering iron, but upon receiving the mac, I discovered that some one had botched a recap job on the logic board, there was torn off pads and damaged and cut traces, I can resolder the caps, but i am not experienced enough for the repair needed to this logic board. Can anyone help, i would appreciate any assistance
-Thanks

Below are images of the damage, i have already delicately removed the previous recaps
