Macintosh SE Floppy keeps ejecting everything

I bought an SE about a month ago, and the floppy worked fine then. I had an Introduction floppy that I tested it with.

Yesterday, I tried to insert the floppy again, and as soon as it is seated (clunk), it spits it back out.

Any idea why this is happening? How to fix it?

Thanks!

800k or 1.44MB?

800k. I have taken it apart, lubed it, cleaned the heads, and it still does it.

It doesn't even wait a second to read the disk (it seems like) before it ejects it. The moment it clunks, the eject motor runs and re-jects it.
