Recapping floppy drives yet?

Anyone recapping these buggers yet? I noticed the 800K drive in my SE was acting a little weird. Wanting to read, then not, then read, then failure to format disks. Just strange. I think the disk speed wasnt even stable.

Anyway, I decided to disassemble the drive, and I noticed there are a few little capacitors around the mainboard. Removed them and they are showing signs of leakage.

So dont forget about these guys!

So its time to start recapping floppy drives, CDROM drives, even hard drives.
